ΓProcessGamma

Features

A process tool the rest of your team will actually read.

What's inside the editor, the documentation, the sharing model, and the catalogue.

The editor

01 / 06

Three node types, infinitely composable

Tasks, events, and gateways. That's it. Drop a task on a swimlane, type what it does, drag an arrow to the next one. The editor enforces BPMN-correct shapes so you can't accidentally produce something a stakeholder wouldn't read.

  • Drag-to-add from the palette, drag-to-connect between nodes
  • Hold Shift + drag on empty canvas for rubber-band multi-select
  • Keyboard shortcuts for everything (undo/redo, delete, paste, escape to deselect)
  • Autosave every change, with a 100-entry semantic audit trail per process

Documentation

02 / 06

Auto-doc means the doc is the diagram

The Documentation tab beside every process generates 12 sections from the diagram itself: actors, workflows enumerated end-to-end, decisions with business-rule templating, system data flows, outcomes, glossary. You don't write the doc — you write the diagram and the doc writes itself.

  • Auto-derived sections: trigger, actors, workflows, decisions, business rules, outcomes, data, related sub-processes, health check, history
  • Owner notes attach to each section without breaking the auto-derivation
  • Per-section rich text with HTML output
  • PDF and Word export, both branded

Sharing

03 / 06

Folder-scoped access, with overrides

Account owners manage workspace settings, billing, and the team. Folder owners control who reads or edits a folder. Per-process overrides when a contractor needs one diagram, not the whole tree.

  • Workspace-level Account owners (manage billing, settings, team)
  • Folder-level Viewer / Editor / Owner roles
  • Per-process overrides; an inherited role can be promoted to explicit and adjusted
  • Manage access affordance on every folder and every process row in the dashboard

Systems catalogue

04 / 06

Every system your team touches, in one place

Drop a CRM, ERP, or in-house tool onto a task and it appears in the workspace's Systems Catalogue, with every data attribute that flows through it and every process that touches it. No separate system inventory tool needed.

  • Aggregated across all processes in the workspace
  • Folder-scoped roll-ups: see only the systems used inside the current folder
  • Data attributes flow upstream and downstream; the catalogue tracks both
  • Click a system to see every task that uses it

Glossary

05 / 06

Define a term once. See it everywhere.

Type a term on a process; it lands in the global glossary aggregated across every diagram. The dashboard's Glossary tab is a workspace-wide dictionary you can search.

  • Per-process glossary that aggregates upward
  • Workspace-scoped or folder-scoped views in the dashboard
  • Definitions surface inline in the auto-generated documentation

Exports

06 / 06
